Mandate
- Regulate, harmonize, and oversee all public procurement and logistics systems.
- Ensure compliance with national laws, policies, and international standards.
- Facilitate fair competition, market access, and supplier diversity.
- Advise government entities on procurement, contract management, and strategic supply chain planning.
- Coordinate national logistics infrastructure, including warehousing, distribution, and emergency supply systems.

- Strengthen the regulatory framework for procurement and logistics nationwide.
- Modernize procurement systems through digital platforms and data-driven processes.
- Enhance compliance, monitoring, and enforcement functions.
